Issue connecting your Remote with your Yellowpop Dimmer

If you are struggling to use your remote with your Yellowpop Dimmer, please follow the below steps to make sure everything is well connected :

1. Make sure what the Dimmer Box is connected between the Sign and to the Power Supply.

2. Please make sure you have put 2 AAA battery inside the remote

3. Confirm that when pressing any button of the remote you have a red light at the top of it :
