Why is the light on my PopBox dimming after a few days of use?

 If your PopBox lights appear dim, it may be due to low battery power. The PopBox can run on its internal battery or through a USB Type-C connection. When using only the battery (without the USB cable), the light may dim as the battery power decreases.
Solution:
 Please charge your PopBox fully using the provided Type-C cable and check again. Once charged, the brightness should return to normal.
