An item is missing in my parcel - what do I do?

You open your parcel and are really happy because you'll light your brand new neon but an item is missing. What do you do?

Send an email to hello@yellowpop.com with your order number and a picture of all received items. From there, our team will do our best to send you the missing item as fast as the speed of light!
