An Item is Missing in My Parcel - What Do I Do?

You open your parcel and are really happy because you'll light your brand new neon, but an item is missing. What do you do?

Send an email to hello@yellowpop.com with your order number and a picture of all received items. From there, our team will do our best to send you the missing item as fast as the speed of light! 

Please note, missing items need to be reported within the forty eight (48) hours after receipt of your neon. If we are not notified,  the delivery of goods is conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect, damage, or shortage in quantity of products.
